Orders received by 1pm PST and designated as RUSH Shipping (overnight, 2nd Day or Express Saver) are processed and shipped the same day. Standard orders and rush orders received after 1pm will be processed the next business day. Standard orders generally ship within three days of receipt of your order. Unless meeting holiday deadlines, we generally do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Standard Domestic Shipping
We choose our carriers based upon their ability to deliver your products in the most cost effective and freshest way. We generally ship USPS Priority to residential addresses in the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses, and to US territories (such as Guam or Puerto Rico). RUSH orders that need a guaranteed arrival are generally shipped via FedEx. Orders that are shipped FedEx requires a physical street address (not a PO Box). USPS Priority shipping takes between 1 and 3 business days to arrive from date of shipment. FedEx shipments take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive from date of shipment. (Arrival time depends on your zone, shipping method and the amount of distance between your address and our warehouse in Sebastopol, CA.)
Rush Domestic Shipping
If you need your order guaranteed by a certain date or time, you may choose to have your order shipped FedEx Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select. (This service is available to any street address in the U.S. and may also be used for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.)
At this time, we do not ship to countries other than Canada. Shipments to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan are sent UPS Standard, which generally takes 4-10 business days to arrive. Orders going to the Northwest and Yukon territories will be sent UPS Worldwide Express, which generally takes 2-4 business days to arrive. UPS requires a physical address and a phone number for every international order. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, and as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order.
Tracking Your Order
You should receive a confirmation email from USPS, FedEx or UPS that will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of your package. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please email for tracking information or call us at 800.369.1365. If you created an account when placing your order, you can also track your order’s processing status through your account.
If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. We are not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
For orders placed online, we accept a variety of payment forms. We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction may be declined. Please keep in mind that if you’ve recently moved, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We also require the card security number from your card (this is the three or four digit number on the back or front of your credit card). This number assures that you have physical possession of the card.
To use a gift certificate, please place your order and choose Gift Certificate, then send us the gift certificate plus your credit card number or check or money order for the remaining balance. If the gift certificate value is greater than the order total, the remainder will be kept on file as credit on account unless you request a second gift certificate when placing the order. If you have credit on account with us, please call to place your order.

We work hard to produce the best possible product. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a replacement or credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
Please report shipping errors or damage within 3 days of receipt, and a photo of any damages is extremely helpful.
